This project was for Ferns Real Estate, a company based in Dubai, UAE. The client wanted the site to be able to capture leads, generate traffic, and efficiently display property listings.
I built a responsive WordPress website using a color palette inspired by the brand kit. The focus was an efficient CMS that could display the property listings, be filterable, and at the same time be simple enough for the client to add or edit.
For lead generation, I built a lead magnet along with popup and contact forms integration via Hubspot. Along with all essential on-site SEO for the website pages, I also built a blog page where we published some initial, essential blog posts to generate organic traffic.
Image optimization, according to the latest PageSpeed Insights, made sure the website had first loading times and a smooth user experience across all devices.
As part of the project, I crafted an ebook lead magnet titled ‘Top 10 Insider Tips for Investing in Dubai’s Real Estate Market.’ This was designed to genuinely help potential investors navigate the complexities of the Dubai real estate scene. The goal was to offer real value, establish trust, and make Ferns Real Estate stand out as a knowledgeable and reliable partner.
